Athlete Access gives you the flexibility to train on your own schedule while following a structured, coach-designed program through our app.
At the core of this option is the JJones Strength System—a progressive strength and conditioning program built for long-term, measurable improvement.
Unlike constantly varied training, this system follows a structured and periodized approach, where training is organized into phases to develop strength, power, and conditioning over time.
Rather than combining everything into a single session, strength and conditioning are often separated to allow for proper intensity, recovery, and adaptation.
Each session includes clearly prescribed training variables:
Training methods rotate through accumulation, strength, power, and conditioning blocks to build complete athletic performance.
Program Structure: 6 training days per week
Training Style: Independent (not coach-led classes)
