The Functional Athlete is a group training program built on the philosophy of constantly varied functional fitness—similar to a CrossFit-style class environment.
Each session blends strength, conditioning, and skill work into one dynamic workout designed to prepare you for the unknown and unknowable. You’ll train across multiple time domains using a mix of barbells, bodyweight movements, and conditioning pieces.
The goal is simple: do the uncommon, uncommonly well.
Every workout includes a measurable score, allowing you to track progress and push performance over time.
Program Structure: 6 training days per week
